Tuition & Fee Assessment
Tuition and fees are assessed each term to students registered for classes. By registering for a class, a student becomes financially liable for tuition and fees if the class is not dropped prior to the drop deadline on the academic calendar.
Students may view their account balances through the MyAUM portal.
How to view your billing information:
- Log in to MyAUM portal
- Navigate to ‘Financial’ link
- Click on the ‘Ledger’ link
- Tuition and fees will be displayed on this page including your outstanding balance or settled amount

Check your AUM e-mail! Correspondence from the Office of Finance (including delinquent monthly billing statements) will be sent to the student’s official AUM e-mail account. Students are expected to check their e-mail on a frequent and consistent basis in order to stay current with university-related communications.
